Originally from Ohio, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University. After graduation, he and his family chose to plant roots in Woodstock, Georgia, falling in love with the community and the opportunity to serve families who value health and performance.
Dr. Jay’s passion for chiropractic began at a young age but was solidified after a snowboarding accident in high school. Under the care of a chiropractic mentor in Ohio, he experienced firsthand how precise, holistic care could restore function, accelerate recovery, and change the trajectory of someone’s health. That experience shaped his philosophy: address the root cause, optimize the nervous system, and build long-term resilience.
As a former athlete, Dr. Jay understands performance from the inside out. He specializes in sports chiropractic and is certified in Active Release Technique (ART), an advanced soft tissue therapy designed to treat muscle dysfunction, improve mobility, and enhance recovery — for both competitive athletes and active adults.
He is also certified in the Webster Technique, a specialized analysis and adjustment protocol for pregnant women that focuses on sacral alignment and reducing uterine tension to support optimal function during pregnancy.
Dr. Jay is known for his precision, education-driven approach, and commitment to measurable results. He believes chiropractic is not just about relieving pain — it’s about helping families function at their highest level for the long term.
When he’s not serving the Woodstock community, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, in the gym, reading, or spending time with his wife, Dr. Alexa Czerwinski, and their three dogs — Bourbon and Kaya, their blue heelers, and Booker, their golden doodle.
